Sales Executive Duties - Catering & Housing Industry

• Conduct market research and studies, identify sales opportunities, and assess customer needs.

• Search for new sales opportunities by communicating with customers via telephone and social media.

• Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their desires and concerns.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

• Create periodic reviews and reports with sales and determine financial data.

• Participate on behalf of the organization in important exhibitions or conferences.

• Negotiate and close sales transactions, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with the work team to achieve better results.

• Collect customer feedback and share it with the organization's sta.

Sales Executive Skills

• Proficient communication in Arabic and English.

• Ability to use Microsoft Oice programs.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

• Ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Interpersonal Skills Required for Sales Executives

• The ability to analyze and evaluate a situation and determine whether a customer's

needs will ultimately lead to a purchase.

Requirements

Need industrial catering / housing experience

Need Sales / BD experience

Need Saudi / Gulf experience or return candidates
