Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Execute promotional activities, trade schemes, and merchandising initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retail outlets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure proper display and placement of beverage products in stores.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collect market feedback and share insights with management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare daily sales reports, route plans, and market intelligence reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate with merchandising and distribution teams for smooth operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Resolve retailer or distributor concerns promptly<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 1\u20133 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong understanding of retail sales and distribution channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience handling general trade or modern trade outlets is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Good communication and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to work in field sales and travel extensively<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Preferred Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience in carbonated drinks, juices, energy drinks, or packaged beverages.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Local market knowledge and retailer network.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Willingness to travel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working Conditions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
