Sales Officer
- Drive sales execution and support business growth across the assigned territory<\/span>
<\/li>- Manage regular interactions with dealers / experience centers to track enquiries, bookings, and deliveries<\/span>
<\/li>- Execute sales plans, promotional activities, and market initiatives within the assigned area<\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor daily sales performance and share structured updates, insights, and action plans<\/span>
<\/li>- Support dealer readiness through coordination of product training, process adherence, and operational follow\-ups<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure effective implementation of branding, merchandising, and visibility guidelines at partner locations<\/span>
<\/li>- Capture market intelligence including competitor activity, customer feedback, and demand trends<\/span>
<\/li>- Address routine operational issues and customer escalations within defined scope<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer experience<\/span>
<\/li>- Planning and execution of retail marketing activities in coordination with central marketing team<\/span>
<\/li>- Regular space station audits and implement plans (Infrastructure, CI, test drive vehicle, manpower, sales process and CRM process.<\/span>

- 2\u20134 years of experience in field sales or area sales roles (automotive / EV / consumer durables preferred)<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience working with dealer networks or channel partners<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong execution mindset with the ability to take ownership at the territory level<\/span>
<\/li>- Clear communication, structured reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region<\/span>
