Role Overview<\/span>

We are looking for a proactive, target\-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The role involves distributor management, general trade execution, and driving both primary and secondary sales. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on FMCG sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Drive sales and market share growth for beverage products in the assigned territory<\/span>

  • Manage General Trade outlets and distributor network<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify local market opportunities and address on\-ground challenges<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Present company products and schemes to retailers and distributors<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work closely with internal sales teams to meet individual and team targets<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Recommend product solutions based on customer needs and cross\-sell where applicable<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track daily sales activities and submit regular reports using sales tracking tools<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and execution in the market<\/span>

    • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably beverages<\/span>

    • Experience in managing distributors and general trade<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales<\/span>

    • Ability to identify business opportunities at the local level<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in sales reporting and basic tracking tools<\/span>

      • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory<\/span>

      • Prior retail sales experience will be an added advantage<\/span>
