Sales Operation Executive (OGC)

  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactively contact potential clients; prepare and follow up on quotations based on client requirements (samples, TAT, test scope, pricing).
  • Manage documentation processes including application forms, contracts and billing details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate sample submissions and track progress; communicate with clients on sample status, pending documents and reporting timelines.
  • Support client management by handling feedback, complaints and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Work closely with laboratory, customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Drive sales effectiveness through process improvement, reporting, marketing materials preparation and follow-up on outstanding payments.

- At least one year experience in oil & gas, Industrial Lubrication, Electrical Engineering, Rotating Equipment Maintenance or related fields.

- University degree in a relevant field.

- Excellent communication and phone-handling skills.

- English level B equivalent.
