Sales Operations / Admin Specialist (Fully WFH | Flexible)
About the Role
Join a growing, international business in the semiconductor and equipment trading space! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting both sales operations and basic finance functions. You’ll play a key role in keeping deals moving, coordinating across teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from quotation to payment.
Working Location: Fully remote (WFH), with one in-person meeting per week in the Woodlands area
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
Track and manage customer orders, deals, and inventory lists
Coordinate with sales team on pricing, deal sheets, and follow-ups
Monitor payment status and follow up with internal stakeholders
Handle documentation, shipping records, and filing
Maintain internal trackers (Excel) for transactions and reporting
Support basic finance tasks (AR/AP, GST checks, liaison with external accountants)
Assist in preparing reports, commission tracking, and billing summaries
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years experience in sales admin / operations / accounts support
Comfortable handling quotes, invoices, and documentation
Strong Excel skills (tracking, organizing data)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and comfortable following up with different stakeholders
Positive attitude and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Strongly independent, able to take ownership and handle tasks with little to no supervision
