Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will assist in developing the Sales programs to drive strategic and financial objectives for Sales Team.

  • Reporting and defining SOP for Sales related activities including Sales Performance, Funnel Metrics, Booking & Shipment Forecasting. Continuous improvement of reporting tools and review processes.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales management on sales compensation annual scheme/plan, responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual sales compensation calculation.
  • Assist annual Sales Target allocation.
  • Support pricing activities in combination with Finance counterparts – this includes, e.g., reviewing list price, updating Special Price Request process, monitoring margins to assure alignment with profitably objectives.
  • Participate, work with Sales & MKT to develop pricing strategy, and lead post-booking monitoring.
  • Support sales bid & tender activities including preparation, price proposal, submission, contract sign-off and management.
  • Responsible for price loading/maintenance in SAP.
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) Administration and Improvement, act as one point contact for CRM issues, plan training to sales team, develop dashboards.
  • Document sales order/management related standard operations procedures

    Our Needs

    Here’s what we’ll need from you:

  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Service Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance, ideally with Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
  • Successful experience in sales analysis and pricing analysis.
  • Hands on experience on SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI etc.
  • Fluent English is a must.
