The role blends B2B sales, logistics coordination, and financial tracking<\/b>, ensuring seamless execution from client acquisition to order fulfillment and revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

Sales & Business Development<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>
  • Drive B2B sales of telematics devices and solutions across UAE/GCC markets.
    <\/li>
  • Generate and convert leads through networking, partners, and direct outreach.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals within defined timelines.
    <\/li>
  • Build long\-term relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and system integrators.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Logistics & Operations Coordination<\/b><\/span>
    <\/h3>
    • Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
      <\/li>
    • Monitor shipment schedules, inventory levels, and documentation.
      <\/li>
    • Liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents when required.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Financial Reporting & Collections<\/b><\/span>
      <\/h3>
      • Maintain records of sales orders, invoicing, and collections.
        <\/li>
      • Track receivables and ensure timely follow\-ups.
        <\/li>
      • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and revenue reports.
        <\/li>
      • Coordinate with finance on VAT compliance and reconciliations.

        • Sales target achievement and new account acquisition

        • Order fulfillment accuracy and on\-time delivery

        • Collection efficiency and reporting accuracy

        • Customer satisfaction and cross\-functional coordination

          Required Qualifications & Skills<\/b><\/span>
          <\/h2>

          Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
          <\/p>

          Experience:<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • 2\u20135 years of B2B sales experience in Telematics, IoT, Automotive, Electronics, or Technology Manufacturing
            <\/li>
          • Exposure to logistics coordination and financial reporting preferred
            <\/li>
          • UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Skills:<\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
              <\/li>
            • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP tools
              <\/li>
            • High attention to detail with an analytical approach
              <\/li>
