We are a small, growing team looking for someone who can help build stronger customer relationships, support 1-to-1 selling, and ensure customers have a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Ops Executive to support customer-facing sales, customer happiness, and sales-related operations.

This is a hands-on role that sits between sales, customer service, and light e-commerce support. You will engage customers, recommend products, follow up on enquiries, support showroom and event sales, and help ensure orders, returns, exchanges, and customer concerns are handled smoothly.

You should enjoy speaking to customers, be confident with follow-ups, and care about details. This role is not just about answering enquiries — it is about helping customers feel well taken care of while supporting the sales goals of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Clienteling

  • Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, styling enquiries, and purchase decisions
  • Follow up with warm leads, VIP customers, showroom visitors, event guests, and past customers
  • Help convert customer interest from Instagram, WhatsApp, showroom visits, pop-ups, and events into sales

Customer Happiness & Support

  • Handle customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers with delivery updates, exchanges, returns, sizing concerns, and order-related questions
  • Ensure customers feel well taken care of before, during, and after their purchase

Fulfilment, Returns & Order Follow-up

  • Coordinate with the Operations team and warehouse on customer-facing fulfilment matters
  • Follow up on delivery delays, missing items, wrong items, exchanges, and return requests
  • Keep customers updated clearly and professionally when order issues arise

Showroom, Pop-ups & Events

  • Support showroom appointments, private previews, pop-ups, and brand events
  • Engage customers on-ground and provide a warm, helpful brand experience
  • Follow up after appointments and events with product links, recommendations, and next steps

Sales-led Marketing Support

  • Support simple customer-facing messages for Instagram Stories, WhatsApp, EDMs, and event invites
  • Share content and product angle ideas based on customer questions, objections, and buying behaviour
  • Help support weekly sales pushes for bestsellers, new launches, slow-moving items, or priority products

E-commerce & PDP Support

  • Assist with simple Shopify updates such as product descriptions, product photos, videos, sizing notes, and selling points
  • Help identify gaps in product pages based on customer questions and feedback
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure promoted products have clear, useful information online

Sales Tracking & Reporting

  • Track customer enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and sales opportunities
  • Share weekly observations on what customers are asking for and what is converting
  • Help flag customers, products, or order issues that require follow-up

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, customer service, e-commerce, or customer operations preferred
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and making product recommendations
  • Strong follow-up skills and a proactive sales mindset
  • Warm, confident, and service-oriented communication style
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to track customer conversations and order issues
  • Comfortable using basic tools such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, Google Sheets, Canva, or EDM platforms
  • Interest in fashion, styling, customer behaviour, and e-commerce

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Based in studio/showroom, with support required for online sales, pop-ups, and events
  • Occasional weekend support may be required depending on appointments, events, or sales needs
