• Supervise Sales Support operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders

• Ensure team follows company procedures for pricing, documentation and system updates
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines to minimize delays
• Improve internal workflow and coordination between Sales, Finance and Operations teams
• Provide guidance to team members on handling urgent orders and complex requests
• Track team performance metrics and continuously improve service efficiency
