Sales Pricing Analytics Sr. Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
- The Sales Pricing Senior Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating the day-to-day pricing workflow for quotes that deviate from established policies. This role ensures requests are properly submitted, routed, tracked, and approved in a timely manner while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). The coordinator serves as a central point of contact to support execution, improve turnaround times, and ensure a smooth, consistent pricing review process
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes the end-to-end Deviation of Policy (DOP) process, ensuring requests are submitted, reviewed, and approved within defined timelines
- Reviews incoming requests for completeness and accuracy; follows up with stakeholders to resolve gaps or missing information.
- Coordinates approvals across pricing, finance, and business stakeholders to keep deals moving efficiently.
- Tracks all active requests, provides regular status updates, and proactively escalates delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintains accurate records of pricing approvals, supporting documentation, and audit requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for sales and internal teams on pricing process questions, timelines, and status updates.
- Enforces process standards and ensures consistent execution of pricing workflows across all requests.
- Supports reporting by maintaining trackers and providing summaries of volume, turnaround time, and approval status.
- Identifies process inefficiencies and partners with the team to implement improvements that increase speed and consistency.
- Ensures all activities are properly documented and compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, coordination, pricing support, or similar execution-focused role.
- Strong proficiency with Office 365, including Excel.
- Experience managing workflows, trackers, or shared queues preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage high volumes of requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on responsiveness and clear, actionable updates.
