Sales Promoter, Veg Seeds
- Achieve sales and market share targets
- Ensure effective management of 'pull' programs at farm level in accordance with channel management strategy
- Implement sales campaigns
- Develop lead farmer network to support for sales
- Conduct trials and commercial demos
- Implement customer incentive plans
Overarching Accountabilities
- Implements the sales strategy for Veg seeds in the region
- Manages channel, YPR and key grower relationships
- Ensures proper forecasting and accuracy of sales volume.
Critical experience
- At least 1 year working experience of the agri-business sector in, Sales and Marketing
- Experience in Sales, campaign development and management.
- Working relationship with above country organization
