Studio Incline is a creative strategy, marketing, and consulting studio based in the mountains of Utah. Our growing remote team works from where they are the most productive and inspired to deliver their best work for global clients in the outdoor, nonprofit, tech, climate and startup spaces. We craft strategies that yield tangible results, establish and enhance brands, and design creative and content for select clients around the world.

We offer part to full time, fully remote, ongoing contracted positions. We start all positions as 1099 contractors with the possibility of full-time employment and bonuses based on client satisfaction and studio profitability.

Opportunity

Studio Incline is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities for Studio Incline. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong network in marketing and creative industries, and are hungry to close deals, we want you on our team.

This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract position with flexible hours—perfect for an independent go-getter looking to leverage their sales skills in a growing creative studio.

Compensation

  • Commission-based: 10-15% per deal, based on experience and contract size

  • Opportunities for bonuses and expanded roles based on performance

  • Open to conversation around base-line compensation package with commission

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in our core verticals

  • Develop relationships with potential clients, agencies, and brands

  • Pitch Studio Incline’s services and tailoring solutions to client needs

  • Close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to our project team

  • Track leads, outreach, and sales metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in marketing, creative services, or consulting

  • A strong personal network and ability to build relationships quickly

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

  • Experience with CRM tools
