Sales Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers

  • Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines

  • Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team

  • Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication

  • Build rapport and close deals confidently — we don’t chase, we lead

  • Respond to objections and queries with tact and a “no-funny-business” tone

  • Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required)

  • Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of A1 Express Car Removal or CarDeath

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent spoken and written English — must sound confident, clear, and natural

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text)

  • Strong quoting and negotiation skills — you know how to close without pushiness

  • Attention to detail — every quote and job must be 100% accurate

  • High emotional intelligence — can read a situation and adjust tone/style accordingly

  • Confident, macho-style communication personality (think sales with flair)

  • Proficient with web-based tools like CRMs, JustCall, Podium, etc.

  • Availability to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
