Why This Role Matters
As Sales Representative, Commercial Replacement, you will be responsible from a specific region, including Samsun, Trabzon, Erzurum, Çorum, Rize, and surrounding provinces. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

What You'll Do
Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing development
Thoughtfully identify and welcome new dealers—across all brands, consumer groups, and commercial segments—while respectfully phasing out partnerships that are no longer active
Maintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure supportive, effective management
Encourage dealer success by monitoring performance with care, offering constructive feedback, and providing engaging training for their sales teams
Stay closely connected to market dynamics by observing trends and competition, including local sales initiatives and marketing activities, and sharing insights with the team
Communicate marketing and trade marketing activities effectively, ensuring dealers are well informed and supported throughout the implementation process
Contribute to the achievement of financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approach
What You'll Bring
A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.
Preferably 3–7 years of sales experience within a related industry.
Experience in customer relationship management
Clear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confidence using MS Office applications.
Fluency in Turkish and English
To have a B-type driver’s license and ideally residing in Samsun
