Sales Representative/Executive (Turkish & Russian Speaker)

  • Promote and implement all hotel campaigns, promotions, and special programs effectively.
  • Handle all group and banquet reservations by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

  • Research new market opportunities and report findings to the Sales & Marketing department.

  • Organize hotel site inspections and familiarization tours for potential clients.

  • Conduct regular visits to travel agencies in Istanbul to strengthen business partnerships.

  • Meet weekly targets for sales calls, client visits, and telesales.

  • Record all sales activities accurately in the Opera system.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments by sharing detailed group information in advance.

  • Support smooth operations by facilitating communication between clients and operational teams.

  • Attend daily and monthly Sales & Marketing briefings.

  • Gather client feedback during and after events to ensure satisfaction and improve service quality.

  • Prepare and distribute necessary documents such as BEOs, rooming lists, and block sheets in a timely manner.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and competitive positioning in the market.

  • Fluent in Turkish, English and Russian.
  • Proven experience in event and group sales.
  • Proficient in Opera or similar hotel sales/reservation systems

  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing principles

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Strong customer-oriented and solution-focused approach

  • Effective time management and organizational abilities

  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments

  • Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to a dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with the travel agency and corporate market in Istanbul.
