We are currently hiring a motivated Sales Representative: Repairs Division to become part of our expanding team. This field-based Sales Representative position gives you the opportunity to meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, evaluate repair needs, and recommend customized solutions while delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through each stage of the sales process with professionalism, maintain organized communication and follow-up, and build trust through knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires at least one year of roofing industry experience, strong communication abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while consistently providing outstanding customer service. Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, and performing inspections in varying weather conditions at customer work sites. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, along with the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
