Role Overview
<\/h3>
The Inside Sales Manager will drive pipeline creation and revenue growth<\/b> for Rapyder\u2019s cloud consulting and managed services business.
<\/p>
This role owns the inside sales cycle end\-to\-end<\/b> \u2014 from outbound prospecting and qualification to deal closure \u2014 working closely with pre\-sales, marketing, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable running structured discovery<\/b>, positioning AWS\-led cloud solutions<\/b>, and owning outcomes in a fast\-growth environment. Generate pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound follow\-ups. Qualify leads using structured discovery to identify high\-intent cloud opportunities<\/b>. Own inside sales execution from opportunity creation through commercial closure<\/b>. Position AWS\-led cloud consulting, migration, modernization, and managed services offerings. Collaborate with pre\-sales on solution articulation, proposals, and SOW inputs. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Zoho CRM<\/b>. Share customer insights with sales and marketing to improve GTM effectiveness. Consistent pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly targets Strong conversion from lead → opportunity → win Timely closures with healthy deal margins Clean CRM hygiene and predictable forecasting Must\-Have<\/b> 3\u20135 years of experience in end\-to\-end inside sales<\/b> for IT services, cloud, or SaaS. Proven ability to sell cloud services or technology solutions<\/b> (AWS exposure preferred). Strong prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills. Excellent business communication skills; confident engaging IT and business stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a high\-ownership environment. Good\-to\-Have<\/b> Experience selling AWS cloud consulting or managed services<\/b>. Familiarity with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo<\/b>. Exposure to mid\-market or enterprise buyers.
