Summary:
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contributes to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Selling to named account(s), addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process.
- Include key accounts within a single business group/ P&L.
- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
- Handles diverse clients in a region. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Leads a department with medium-sized estimated orders.
- Handles local focus on Small-Medium-size territory.
- Work with technical teams to understand project scope, development concept, subsurface and surface requirements, execution approach, and key project assumptions.
- Support the development of commercial frameworks based on the technical project context, including scope definition, pricing inputs, contracting approach, risk allocation, and customer value proposition.
- Ensure proposals and agreements comply with internal governance, risk management, approval processes, and shareholder value expectations.
Fuel your passion:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Account Sales.
- Advanced English Level.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and support the development of suitable commercial and execution frameworks.
- Exposure to commercial discussions, proposals, customer engagement, or contracting structures.
