Sales Specialist
Location:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic SalesSpecialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible forselling IT solutions for IT infrastructure and business digital transformation.This includes networks, servers, security, ERP, CRM, SMS gateway, e-commerce,digital marketing, UPS, network switches (such as Aruba and Fortinet),antivirus software, and SMS gateway services and connections. The idealcandidate should have knowledge of IT and be fluent in English, as thisposition will be remote-based in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell IT solutions for IT infrastructure and businessdigital transformation, including networks, servers, security, ERP, CRM, SMSgateway, e-commerce, digital marketing, UPS, network switches (such as Arubaand Fortinet), antivirus software, and SMS gateway services and connections.
- Create and manage product listings on platforms such asAmazon and OLX.
- Contact clients by phone and email to promote ourproducts and services.
- Obtain prices from vendors and prepare quotations forclients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback ina timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop andimplement sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provideregular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends andtechnologies.
- Register the company in Egypt and ensure compliancewith local regulations (if necessary).
- Manage emails and CRM contacts using Zoho.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service in theIT industry.
- Experience with product listing on platforms such asAmazon and OLX.
- Knowledge of IT and experience with software such asMicrosoft Office and CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, withfluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP and/or Magento is a plus.
- Experience with Zoho to manage emails and CRM contacts.
- Must have their own devices (mobile and laptop) and areliable internet connection.
