Sales Specialist

About the Sales Specialist role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing sales opportunities across SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance within the assigned region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, competitor tracking, and territory planning
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and application teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the relevant sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Well-versed in B2B manufacturing sales, preferably within Metrology or Precision equipment industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
