Sales Specialist, MCS (Northeast)

Summary of the Role

Responsible for managing sales activities and driving revenue growth of Medical Consumable Solutions (MCS) in the Northeastern territory. The role involves building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, managing accounts, supporting tender processes, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies aligned with company objectives

Key Functions / Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.

  • Support product promotion and education to enhance customer understanding and usage.

  • Coordinate and manage hospital tenders, quotations, and negotiations in alignment with company policies.

  • Provide timely and accurate market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and supply chain.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any health-related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device or hospital product sales

  • Experience in Northeastern Area Thailand territory is a plus

  • Experience with medical consumables or infusion therapy is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage hospital accounts and drive sales in assigned regions

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with hospital procurement and bidding process

  • Self-motivated with strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly
