Summary of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team in Thailand. You will play a pivotal role in driving significant and sustainable sales growth for Terumo's industry-leading intervention systems portfolio within your assigned territory.
Key Functions / Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, cultivate, and convert new sales opportunities, consistently exceeding established sales targets.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Terumo's intervention systems.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and effectively recommend tailored solutions from Terumo's diverse portfolio.
Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating the clinical and economic benefits of Terumo's offerings to diverse audiences.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, proposals, and other relevant documentation to ensure efficient sales cycle management.
Actively participate in industry events and conferences to promote Terumo's intervention systems and cultivate brand awareness amongst key stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to guarantee a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant medical advancements in the interventional system fields.
Lead workshop & educational activity.
Functional / Technical Skills
In-depth understanding of the medical device market, with a particular focus on the cardiovascular/interventional radiology sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex medical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while also fostering strong collaboration within a team environment.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM software is a strong plus.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrably successful experience in a medical device sales role or a relevant healthcare setting.
Preferably someone who has experience dealing with cardiologist or radiologist
