Sales Staff (RUMIDA)
- Proactively sourcing new potential buyers (leads) through various channels (digital marketing, site events, referrals)<\/span>
<\/li>- Delivering compelling and detailed presentations of the property (unit types, facilities, pricing, payment schemes) to prospective clients at the sales gallery or site<\/span>
<\/li>- Handling price negotiations and terms, assisting clients with the necessary paperwork for mortgages (KPR) or cash payments to finalize the sale<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients pre\- and post\-sale, ensuring high customer satisfaction<\/span>
<\/li>- Providing regular (daily/weekly) reports on sales activities and pipeline status to the management team<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Min. High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) preferred<\/span>
<\/li>- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Property, Automotive, Banking, or Insurance is a plus)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong negotiation skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Highly target\-oriented, self\-motivated, proactive, and maintaining a neat and professional appearance<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Must possess personal transportation (motorbike/car) and be willing to work on weekends/public holidays as needed<\/span><\/span>
