This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Joining HPE in a Sales Strategy and Planning graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program supporting the East Central region (Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia) in which you will define, manage and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

What you’ll do :

During the one-year HPE Graduate Program, you will :

• Learn about HPE, the company strategy, organizational structure, business and sales governance, processes, and tools
• Learn and embrace the company culture
• Gather, report, and analyze business data
• Support business and sales governance activities
• Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters
• Act as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts

What you’ll need:

• Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 with a focus in Data Analytics, Economics, Business IT or a related field of study
• Up to 12 months of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovak.
• Experience or a proven interest in data analytics
• You are highly proficient in Excel; Power Bi is an advantage
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
