What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding new tradies and guiding them through their first experience on the platform

  • Conducting outbound engagement and nurture calls to support customer success

  • Re-engaging tradies who have become inactive and helping them maximise their return on investment

  • Educating tradies on best practices and providing tailored recommendations

  • Managing and tracking customer performance and campaign activity

  • Assisting with service-related enquiries and account management activities

  • Supporting the wider sales team where required

  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets
