SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales target set for the business.
  • Perform daily sales activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, presentations, proposals and closing orders.
  • Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
  • Engage with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients' satisfaction.
  • keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends
  • Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
  • Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.

Requirements:

  • Must have good business acumen.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be service & results oriented
  • Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
  • Excellent selling skills, people-oriented, and ability to motivate a team.
  • Must work on weekend and public holiday
