SALES SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Sales target set for the business.
- Perform daily sales activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, presentations, proposals and closing orders.
- Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
- Engage with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients' satisfaction.
- keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends
- Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
- Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.
Requirements:
- Must have good business acumen.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must be service & results oriented
- Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
