We are currently hiring a Sales Supervisor Combo for our Post Falls team.

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly salary
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (Starting at 6:00 AM)

General Statement of Duties

This position functions under the general supervision of the Assistant General Manager allowing for latitude for independent direction in duties within their assigned region. The primary function of an employee in this class is to direct sales activities for sales staff to secure and maintain commitments for product line utilization from current and prospective on and off-premise clients. This will be done through staff management and the modeling of persuasive sales presentations, and product promotion and product distribution demonstrating an awareness of competitive product trends, pricing, and saturation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides day to day direction of duties as performed by designated sales staff;
  • Participates in the recruitment and selection of Sales positions by working with the HR Manager to prepare recruitment postings, performing Applicant screening for desired knowledge, skills and abilities, scheduling performing candidate interviews using developed interview questions;
  • Assists in the selection of candidate for offer and coordinate details of offer to HR for processing;
  • Directs the daily performance of sales staff duties;
  • Establish sales staff goals and incentives for product utilization;
  • Monitor performance of sales staff on their achievement of goals and incentive objectives;
  • Performs regular 1:1s with direct reports, sets goals and KPIs, holding team accountable for results and efficiencies.
  • Direct client product promotions and sets;
  • Manage disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with Company Policies;
  • Identify and report non-compliant performance in regards Standards of Conduct and other Company policies to Sales Manager, recommend and participate in disciplinary actions;
  • Direct personnel time and attendance compliance including the identification of non-complaint patterns and behavior and corrective action processes;
  • Manage inventory control processes with sales staff effectively;
  • Participate in and conduct periodic training for Department employees on topics such as new policies, inventory cost management, product standards, or operational processes, and others;
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
