Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs<\/span>
<\/li>
Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and accountability. <\/span>
<\/li>
Ensure all staff adhere to customer service standards and company values<\/span>
<\/li>
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies<\/span>
<\/li>
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures<\/span>
<\/li>
Ensure all cash handling, banking, and procedures are followed accurately<\/span>
<\/li>
Drive Upselling, cross\-selling, and product knowledge to maximize revenue<\/span>
<\/li>
Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning when required. <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements & Skills;

Minimum 3 years retail experience (essential)<\/span>
<\/li>
Proven track record in achieving sales targets<\/span>
<\/li>
Previous supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous)<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong sales and customer service orientation<\/span>
<\/li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
<\/li>
Strong problem\-solving ability and decision\-making skills<\/span>
