Responsibilities
- Provide employees with the necessary tools and training to enhance job performance and success
- Build and maintain long-term business partnerships with key clients to drive sales growth
- Analyze reports from managers to identify improvement areas and new opportunities to increase market share
- Establish and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethical standards
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and staff promoted to new roles to ensure readiness
- Monitor employee performance against goals and compliance with company policies to maintain high standards
- Manage and coach a team to ensure effective job performance and achievement of sales targets
- Review customer orders and inventory levels to confirm customer needs are fully met
- Conduct market research to discover new growth opportunities within the industry
