Sales Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the position of Sales Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven sales track record, and a commitment to achieving excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, and support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing ongoing coaching and professional development to team members.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and the prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Parts, Service, and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement approved sales strategies and promotional initiatives as directed by management.


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience within the automotive, heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors will be considered an asset.
