Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our international trade operations team. This position is well suited for candidates with a Diploma (or relevant experience) in shipping or logistics and have hands-on experience with export documentation, particularly for international destinations shipments involving China or Malaysia.
The Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Sales Managers by ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination of trading regulations and the shipment of goods
Key Responsibilities
● Reporting to the Team Lead of Sales Support, this role supports Sales Managers in the preparation of quotations and the coordination of all relevant after-sales services and activities.
● Responsible for the preparation and management of shipping and export documentation in support of international trade activities.
● Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment operations.
● Ensure compliance with relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies.
● Monitor shipments progress to ensure timely delivery and resolve any documentation or compliance issues promptly.
● Act as a main point of contact with the factory team in China and Malaysia for document and shipment coordination.
Requirements
● Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
● Proven experience in export documentation is required, familiarity with China or Malaysia export processes highly preferred.
● Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
● Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal and external teams.
