Sales Support Coordinator (Maritime)

Job Description

  • Responsible for processing of customer enquiry through emails and phone calls
  • Liaise with customers on their service enquires
  • Provide information in answer to inquiries about accounts, products and services to the customers and must interact with them
  • Able to generate sales from customers enquires
  • Liaise with customers on fulfilment discrepancies
  • Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other department as necessary
  • Proper planning on allocation of service engineer for job assigned
  • Handling Purchasing matter as per customer enquires
  • Ensure assigned vessels are monitored constantly

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry and logistics will be an added advantage.
