Sales Support Coordinator

Overview:

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of customer orders while serving as a key link between customers, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Transportation teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service levels, resolving order-related issues, managing order modifications, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Process customer orders accurately and timely through company systems.
  • Review incoming orders to validate pricing, quantities, product specifications, and availability.
  • Manage order changes, modifications, substitutions, and updates requested by customers or internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Transportation, and Category Management teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer ordering activity and identify irregularities, trends, or potential service issues.
  • Support issue resolution by investigating order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer claims.
  • Document and process product quality concerns, returns, credits, and customer complaints through internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing information.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making and service execution.
  • Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools to track customer activity and operational performance.
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and customers, primarily through email.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and operational efficiencies.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or other related fields preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain Support, Customer Operations, or related fields.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with ERP systems, order management platforms, or business systems.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.
