Sales Support & Customer Service Executive
We are seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Executive to support our Sales team in customer management, quotation preparation, sales coordination and order processing activities.
Job Description
The Sales Support & Customer Service Executive plays an important role in supporting the Sales team in achieving revenue targets, maintaining strongcustomer relationships, coordinating order processing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and sales-related documentation
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and administrativesupport for daily sales operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Calls to leads generated/ handle customer inquiries and follow up on requests
- Support existing customer accounts and follow up on inquiries
- Support price comparison and cost analysis activities
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention
- Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues promptly
- Perform ad-hoc duties / tasks as required by the Company or instructed by the team leader
Requirements
- Prior experience in salesadministration, sales coordination, or customer support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication andcoordination skills
- Good organizational andmultitasking abilities
- Attention to detail andproblem-solving mindset
