Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Sales and Accounts Specialist in managing ongoing sales orders and ensuring seamless operations within the department. The successful candidate will be well-organised, meticulous, and have a high level of initiative. Experience with order management software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce would be a plus, but not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre and Post Sales Management:

  • Assist in processing and managing ongoing sales orders
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Specialists to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Support Finance team in reminding to follow-up with payments due.
  • Produce invoices for clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including quote approvals via CPQ, SAP invoice generation, payment tracking, and the systematic issuance/provisioning of software licenses (Limited/Unlimited keys).
  • Take ownership of the regional subscription and maintenance renewal pipeline. Implement a robust tracking system to proactively alert the BD team at least 3 months prior to contract expirations.

Information and Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and opportunities.
  • Perform data management tasks related to accounts and sales orders.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing necessary information.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Accounts Specialist.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist Financial team with SAP system

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working in a highly energetic and closed knit team.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on sales and accounts support.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Motivated to help the team improve sales and pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is a plus
