Do you enjoy working close to customers and supporting sales teams in delivering exceptional service?
Join Modular Lighting Instruments and become a key partner in connecting our products, projects, and customers.

In this role, you will combine customer interaction, technical understanding, and commercial ownership to support projects from quotation to completion.

🚀 Your responsibilities

🤝 Sales & customer support

  • Act as the first point of contact for direct selling partners and customers
  • Support the external sales team with daily communication and follow-ups
  • Build long-term relationships with partners

🛠️ Technical & project support

  • Contribute to creating tailored project proposals
  • Provide product guidance and technical assistance
  • Follow projects closely – from quotation to order registration

📊 Commercial & administrative excellence

  • Manage project registration and administrative follow-up in CRM/ERP systems
  • Balance structured administrative work with commercial mindset
  • Support commercial activities such as showroom visits and partner visits

🌟 Partner & business development

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key partners
  • Support onboarding and training of partner employees (through regular digital sessions on specific topics)

🎯 Your profile

  • Strong team player mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Commercial approach and confidence in working with customers and partners
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English skills
  • Interest in technical products / lighting solutions
  • Proactive and well-organized, with strong follow-up skills
  • Experience with CRM / SAP / ERP systems is a plus
