            Customer Follow\-Up:

            • Conduct follow\-ups on sales leads through online and offline channels to support the sales process and customer retention.

              CRM Management:

              • Update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring information accuracy and integration from multiple sources.

                Sales Team Support:

                        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.<\/span>

                        • Additional certifications in CRM systems, Sales Operations, or Automotive Sales Management are considered a plus.<\/span>
                          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                          Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

                          • Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail sectors.<\/span>

                            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

                          • Familiarity with vehicle registration, delivery procedures, or test drive processes is an advantage.<\/span>
