Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.





The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {Motion} in {Oman}.
You will be mainly accountable for:


• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and professional support.
• Order execution for ALS business including customer order booking, factory/ 3rd party vendor order
management, consignment stock management and inventory management.
• Ensure complete value chain from sales order booking to receipt of customer payment is happening for
Motion business on time and as per costing.
• Co-ordinate with customer about order acknowledgement, delivery, forwarder arrangements etc. to ensure
on time delivery. Ensure payment collection is happening on time.
• Entering Sales Order in SAP and invoicing
• Prepare OTD report and monitor the same monthly
Factory co-ordination
• Issuing Purchase orders, and placing the orders on factory via Email , OMS, BOL.
• Complete correspondence with factory for orders including checking PL, delivery details, certificate of origin
etc.
• Goods receipt updation in SAP
• Working with different cultures, internal stakeholders and cross-business
collaboration. Ensure strong network and buy-in to support success
• Working in a highly dynamic and competitive market



Qualifications for the role

·Back-end sales support experience

·Hands on experience in order processing systems, especially SAP

· Understanding of commercial terms and conditions

· Knowledge on Bank Guarantees and LCs.

·Knowledge of Drives and Motors is a plus

· 7+ years order processing experience
