We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our Managed Services team. This role is intended for a senior hands\-on consultant who can drive solution delivery across multiple client engagements, provide functional and platform leadership, and step directly into execution when needed.\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The ideal candidate will bring strong practical experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud and DevOps / Salesforce DevOps practices. This is not a coordination\-only role. The successful candidate must be comfortable owning analysis, shaping solutions, supporting configuration and testing, guiding teams, and troubleshooting delivery issues in a fast\-moving managed services environment.\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Lead functional solutioning and delivery support across multiple Salesforce managed services engagements.\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Gather, challenge, refine, and translate business requirements into practical and supportable Salesforce solutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Provide strong hands\-on contribution across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Field Service. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Act as a senior point of reference for consultants, admins, developers, QA, and project managers. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support backlog shaping, estimation, prioritization, and solution clarification across parallel workstreams. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute directly to configuration review, testing support, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and production support when required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure solutions align with platform best practices, scalability, maintainability, security, and operational supportability. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with architects and technical leads on solution direction, design trade\-offs, and delivery feasibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support release planning, deployment coordination, and Salesforce DevOps practices across environments. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation, process flows, functional designs, and delivery notes as required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Engage confidently with client stakeholders and help drive decisions forward in a structured and pragmatic way.\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Required Qualifications: <\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Proven experience in a senior Salesforce Consultant or Lead Consultant role. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong hands\-on expertise with Salesforce Core. Practical experience with Loyalty Cloud and Field Service. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Good understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, including deployment governance and release coordination. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience supporting multiple projects or clients simultaneously in a managed services or similar multi\-account environment. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong skills in requirement analysis, functional design, solution validation, and delivery support.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to move comfortably between business discussions, detailed platform work, and issue resolution. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross\-team collaboration skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>

        • Salesforce certifications relevant to consulting, administration, or platform functionality.\n\u2022\tExperience mentoring junior consultants or coordinating work across cross\-functional teams.\n\u2022\tExposure to integrations, enterprise process landscapes, and complex support models.\n\u2022\tExperience working in Agile delivery models and structured support processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
