Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Developer requires deep expertise in Salesforce Core Development (Apex, LWC, Integrations, out of the box configurations) coupled with a strong aptitude to quickly expand into and lead development across emerging clouds, specifically Salesforce Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, implement integrations, and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Core Platform Development & Leadership (Salesforce Core)
- Solution Design & Development: Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, combined with core Admin skills such as data modeling, security & access setup, automation, and configuration management.
- Administration & Maintenance: Take ownership of platform health, including performance tuning, application monitoring, debugging production issues, and managing environment strategy (sandboxes, release cycles).
- Integration Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust, performant integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services to ensure secure cross-cloud and external system connectivity.
- DevOps/CI/CD processes (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, or Copado).
- Multi-Cloud Specialization & Data Unification
- Data Cloud (CDP) Contribution: Support the full lifecycle of Data Cloud use cases, focusing on:
- Data Ingestion: Architect and implement data streams from various sources (Service Cloud, external systems) into Data Cloud.
- Identity Resolution: Configure and optimize identity resolution rulesets to create a unified customer profile.
- Audience Activation: Define and activate highly segmented audiences for use in Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Cloud.
- Loyalty Cloud Implementation: Assist in the technical implementation and customization of the Loyalty Management platform:
- Develop and configure management solutions.
- Implement complex earning and redemption rules using Apex or Loyalty Cloud rules engines.
- Support loyalty program configuration and integration with POS/eCommerce systems.
- Marketing Cloud Integration: Support the technical execution of marketing campaigns:
- Assist in setting up the Marketing Cloud Connect for data synchronization. Setting up journeys and automation within SFMC and campaigns.
- Perform basic development in Marketing Cloud using AMP script and SSJS for advanced personalization.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
- Expert-level skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Proven experience implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, or Loyalty Management Accredited Professional would be an advantage.
