Salesforce Developer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Developer based in India.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a mission-critical CRM ecosystem powering end-to-end sales operations in a global, fast-paced environment. You will design, build, and optimize solutions across the Salesforce platform while enabling automation, integration, and data-driven decision-making. The position sits at the intersection of engineering and business operations, requiring close collaboration with sales leaders and cross-functional teams. You will work on complex architecture, API integrations, and workflow automation that directly impact revenue operations. You will also contribute to evolving the CRM into an AI-enabled, scalable “agentic” enterprise platform.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Salesforce including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components to support business needs.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation flows to implement complex business logic.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven architecture to connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Own CRM data architecture including schema design, relationships, security model, and access controls across Sales Cloud environments.
- Manage deployment pipelines, sandbox environments, and release cycles using Salesforce DX and version control best practices.
- Partner with business and sales stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, user stories, and system designs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools to support sales performance monitoring and decision-making.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools such as Flow and Process automation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing API integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, governor limits, and scalable design principles.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Salesforce DX development workflows.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, system design, and decoupled architecture approaches.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
