We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant that can own and be accountable for project tasks as assigned by project leadership. Key responsibilities include:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Gather requirements within the Quote\-to\-Cash lifecycle, including industry\-specific functions and approaches. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Execute Salesforce CPQ & Billing product configuration for implementation build purposes across the full product spectrum: product configuration, pricing, approvals, output, metrics, ordering, contracting, invoicing, and payment processing. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Execute effective processes, including project methodologies, configuration standards, and meeting preparation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels.\nProvide sound technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and produce functional design documentation (FDD). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Configure and test CPQ pricing logic (Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules), amendments, renewals, and contract lifecycle scenarios. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support data migration scoping (products, price books, contracts, subscriptions) and collaborate with technical teams for integrations (e.g., ERP, payments). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Plan and support UAT, training, and enablement; contribute to go\-live readiness and hypercare. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work with cross\-functional stakeholders to align Q2C processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements.\nDeliver to clear outcome\-based targets and measures. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Work with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job done.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Competencies
    <\/span><\/span><\/h4>
    • At least 1 year of experience on Salesforce implementations with exposure to CPQ, Billing, or Quote\-to\-Cash processes (replaces Sales Cloud\u2013only focus to better fit Revenue Cloud). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding of efficient business processes (sales, order management, renewals). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication skills with experience in messaging to external customers. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • A savvy risk\-taker who naturally builds trust and an entrepreneur at heart who is driven to help their customers and, therefore, our company succeed. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Core Salesforce configuration experience.\nProficiency with Salesforce Flows.\nExperience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Skill Set
      <\/span><\/span><\/h4>
      • Hands\-on Salesforce CPQ configuration: Product Rules, Price Rules, Bundles, Attribute\-based configuration, Approval rules. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Understanding of Billing concepts: invoices, credit/debit notes, tax handling, revenue schedules, payment processing, and collections basics. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with amendments, renewals, ramp deals, and subscription lifecycle management. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Familiarity with the Salesforce data model for Products, Price Books, Quotes, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Orders. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to translate business requirements into declarative solutions and clearly articulate trade\-offs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
