Salesforce Solutions Architect with Service Cloud
We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Service Cloud. Our preference is for candidates living near a Perficient office. The role could require up to 25% travel annually.

The pillars of being a successful Solution Architect at Perficient are:
- Provide Salesforce architecture solutions for projects centered on Service Cloud, with experience in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Salesforce Field Service expertise is a plus.
- Work with the Sales team to accurately scope projects for new and existing customers. Describe the art of the possible.
- Build deep relationships with customers, knowing their business better than they do, and leading them as a trusted advisor through the Salesforce ecosystem. When necessary, have the hard conversations.
- Be the technical lead on the project and design the overall solution. That includes identifying risks and communicating early and often, fully understanding and following delivery methodology, and leading by example to support consultant growth.
- Be the technology expert in the room. Deploy best practices to create technology with the right data model and architecture. Consciously grow your expertise and fill potential knowledge gaps.
- Assist consultants in QA'ing User Stories, guiding their work, and ultimately owning the project's success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions across the service lifecycle -- case management, omni-channel, knowledge, entitlements, and Einstein for Service.
- Leverage AI tools and Agentforce capabilities to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation within the Service Cloud ecosystem.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience working as part of or leading a project team
- Service Cloud Consultant and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required
- Experience delivering on the Experience Cloud platform a plus
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification a plus
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support data-informed delivery
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any variable compensation programs.
