Commercial Sales Representative – Janitorial & Facilities Services
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business by building strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, HOAs, building owners, and commercial clients.
- Promote the full suite of Green Vine Janitorial services including day porter, nightly janitorial, floor care, window cleaning, pressure washing, restroom sanitation, post-construction cleaning, and special projects.
- Conduct property walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs and develop accurate scopes of work.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate professional proposals tailored to each client.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and follow-up.
- Track leads, proposals, and activity within Aspire (CRM).
- Collaborate with janitorial operations to ensure quality service delivery.
- Attend industry networking events to build brand presence.
- Project management.
- Account management.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in janitorial, facility services, or related industries.
- Ability to conduct job walks, prepare scopes, and write proposals.
- Proven closer with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM usage.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent travel to client locations across Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and Bay Area counties.
- Ability to inspect buildings, walk job sites, and climb stairs.
- Occasional lifting of marketing materials or demo equipment.
