Commercial Sales Representative – Janitorial & Facilities Services

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business by building strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, HOAs, building owners, and commercial clients.
  • Promote the full suite of Green Vine Janitorial services including day porter, nightly janitorial, floor care, window cleaning, pressure washing, restroom sanitation, post-construction cleaning, and special projects.
  • Conduct property walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs and develop accurate scopes of work.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate professional proposals tailored to each client.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and follow-up.
  • Track leads, proposals, and activity within Aspire (CRM).
  • Collaborate with janitorial operations to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Attend industry networking events to build brand presence.
  • Project management.
  • Account management.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in janitorial, facility services, or related industries.
  • Ability to conduct job walks, prepare scopes, and write proposals.
  • Proven closer with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with CRM usage.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent travel to client locations across Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and Bay Area counties.
  • Ability to inspect buildings, walk job sites, and climb stairs.
  • Occasional lifting of marketing materials or demo equipment.

Job Type

Full-Time | Hourly + Uncapped Commission

Work Location: Field-based with occasional office meetings.
