Salon Manager cum Consultant

We are looking for a results-driven Salon Manager cum Consultant to oversee daily operations and drive business growth across our beauty outlets.

1. Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day salon operations
• Ensure smooth service flow and appointment scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP standards
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and complaints
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

2. Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Drive upselling of packages, add-ons, and promotions
• Monitor daily sales performance and staff productivity
• Improve conversion rate (walk-in → customer → package)

3. Team Management & Training

• Supervise and manage therapists/staff
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower
• Train team on service skills, customer service, and sales
• Motivate team to achieve targets

4. Business Development (Consultant Role)

• Analyze outlet performance and identify improvement areas
• Suggest pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies
• Improve customer retention and repeat business
• Support marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, in-store promotions)

5. Customer Experience

• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with regular and VIP clients
• Handle feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Experience in beauty / eyelash salon industry
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
