* Receive and process sample requests and production orders

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sample production requirements

* Handle compounding, sampling and packing of fragrance samples

* Manage inventory, stock movements and housekeeping activities

* Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP and support inventory management processes

* Monitor production timelines and ensure samples are completed within deadlines

* Prepare inventory reports and production documentation

* Guide and mentor interns and new production technicians

* Support production planning and operational activities within the laboratory
