Sample Coordinator - Entry level (Fragrances/6mths)

• 6 months contract - convertible to perm

Working hours: 830am to 530pm
Working days: Mon to Fri
Salary: Basic $2,400 per month

Job duties:

• Manage fragrance oil inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, expiry tracking, and inventory updates.
• Process sample requests through PACE/SAP, coordinate sample preparation, and release production orders as required.
• Coordinate sample movement between internal teams and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Liaise with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely sample delivery and order fulfilment.
• Support new product launches and prepare fragrance samples using automated dosing equipment and manual compounding methods.

Job requirements:

• Min Diploma in Science/Chemistry/Perfumery/Logistics & Supply Chain or related
• Able to commit at least 6 months
