The Sampling Coordinator will coordinate sample\ndevelopment activities between Merchandising, Design, Pattern, Sampling, and\nProduction teams to ensure timely sample completion and buyer approvals.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate development, fit, and pre\-production\nsamples.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow up with sampling, pattern, and\nmerchandising teams for timely sample completion.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track sample status and maintain sample\ndevelopment records.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate fabric, trims, and accessories\navailability for sampling.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure samples are completed as per buyer\nspecifications and deadlines.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communicate sample comments and revisions to\nrelevant departments.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Arrange sample dispatch and maintain approval\nrecords.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support bulk production readiness after sample\napprovals.

Technical Skills<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
