Clinical Services

  • Provide individual psychotherapy/counseling to undergraduate and graduate students experiencing a range of psychological concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, relationship concerns).
  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations when clinically indicated.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments for students experiencing acute distress or safety concerns.
  • Develop treatment plans and maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Consultation & Collaboration

  • Consult with faculty, staff, and campus departments regarding student mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with other university support services.
  • Provide referrals to community providers when long-term or specialized care is required.

Administrative & Professional Duties

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and departmental planning.
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with best practices in college mental health
  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling psychology from an accredited institution. ·
  • Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • English proficiency in oral and written communication is required. All counseling sessions are taught entirely in English
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy and crisis intervention (at least 3 years). ·
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental health concerns in young adults. ·
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive care (minimum three years)
  • Experience working in college counseling centers or university settings preferred.
  • Ability to support international students and culturally diverse population
